Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Amirmohammad Amiri (“StirPath,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the StirPath mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account details — your email address and name when you create an account.
- Cooking activity — your progress, exam scores, streaks, preferences (e.g. equipment, dietary “Food Fit” choices), and shopping lists.
- Photos you submit — pictures of your cooking that you send to the in-app Coach for feedback, and dish photos you save to your Dish Journal.
- Voice input — audio you record when speaking to the Coach hands-free.
Information collected automatically
- Diagnostics & usage — crash reports and performance data, which may include your IP address and device information, to keep the App stable.
- Purchase information — your subscription status and transaction identifiers (payment is processed by Apple; we do not receive your card details).
How we use your information
- Provide and personalize the App, including coaching feedback and progress tracking.
- Process the photos and voice you send so the AI Coach can respond.
- Manage your account, subscriptions, and reminders/notifications you enable.
- Diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and improve the App.
How your information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf, only as needed to run the App:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage hosting.
- Google (Gemini API) — analyzes the photos and text you send to the Coach to generate cooking feedback.
- ElevenLabs — converts the Coach’s replies to speech.
- RevenueCat & Apple — manage and process subscriptions.
- Sentry — crash and performance diagnostics.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.
Where your data is processed
StirPath is operated from Canada. The service providers listed above may store and process your information in the United States and other countries. By using the App, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in those countries, which may have different data-protection laws than the country where you live.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls provided through our service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the App, which removes your account data. You may also email us at the address below to request deletion.
Your choices
- Control camera, photo, and microphone access in your device settings.
- Turn notifications on or off in the App and in device settings.
- Request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.
Children
StirPath is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
