Common questions

How do subscriptions work?

StirPath offers Plus and Coach subscriptions through the App Store. You can view pricing in the App. Subscriptions renew automatically; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).

How do I restore a purchase?

Open the App, go to the subscription screen, and tap Restore purchases.

How do I delete my account?

In the App, go to Settings → Delete account. This removes your account data. You can also email us to request deletion.

The Coach can’t see my photo or hear me

Make sure StirPath has camera, photo, and microphone permission in iOS Settings → StirPath.
