Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the StirPath mobile application (the “App”) provided by Amirmohammad Amiri. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

Using StirPath

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in violation of any law.

Cooking safety

StirPath provides cooking education, simulations, and AI-generated guidance for informational purposes only. Always use your own judgment around heat, sharp tools, raw ingredients, and food safety. Follow safe food-handling and cooking-temperature practices, and accommodate any allergies or dietary restrictions. We are not liable for outcomes in your kitchen.

AI Coach

The in-app Coach generates responses automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. It is not a substitute for professional advice. Verify important information independently.

Subscriptions & payments

• StirPath offers paid subscriptions (e.g. Plus and Coach tiers) sold through the Apple App Store. Pricing and features are shown in the App before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple.

Your content

You retain ownership of photos and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process and store that content as needed to operate the App (see our Privacy Policy). Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

Intellectual property

The App, including its lessons, simulations, text, and design, is owned by Amirmohammad Amiri and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

Apple App Store

You obtain StirPath through the Apple App Store. You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Amirmohammad Amiri only, and not with Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the App, and Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, any failure to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer-protection or similar legislation. Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist-supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce them against you.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
